Screen Printing Set-Up Charges and What's Included
Each order has a $95 set-up charge for 1 color or a $125 set-up charge for 2 color screen printing.
Set-Up charge Includes:
Film positive(s), burning/exposure of mesh screens, container’s flame treatment for glass bottlesto be unpacked, packed and printed from many standard ink colors. Price includes cleaning each glass bottle or jar with alcohol and/or flame pre-treatment so ink will cure to a clean surface.
Set-up does not Include: Art changes, PMS Protective Boxes for Glass Bottles with dividersInk mixes ($45), Metallic Ink ($65). If Glass needs to be repacked into protective boxes with dividers, a charge of ($12) for each box holding 81-200 units per box will be charged.

When your design needs 3 colors or more, Digital Printing in FULL Color is now available at affordable prices on 15, 30, 50, 60 & 120mL Glass Bottles and Jars; 15, 30, 50 & 120mL Acrylic Airless Bottles; 1/4, 1/2. 1, 2. 3, 4, 6 and 8 oz Squeezable Tubes.
Ask Blue Line Labels if you need Filling, Crimping, Sealing of your Tubes, Bottles and Jars.

To avoid delays with your printing, send a sample of each container to Blue Line Labels before you make your final purchase so we can test the ink on the plastic to verify virgin material.
