What are Extended Content Labels (ECL)?
Extended Content Labels gives room for additional information. They are made to increase the amount of space provided for coupons, explaining health and safety instructions in multiple languages, adding rules, regulations or what ever your specific need.
Extended content labels has a pressure sensitive backing like and adhesive label and can be machine applied. ECL labels are especially common for the Health & Beauty, Nutraceutical and Over the Counter products where packaging is small and the space to say what you need is not available.
A convenient and cost-effective way to say a lot in a compact and creative way when ordering quantities of 2000 or more. Labels are applied to the surface of the container with a permanent pressure-sensitive glue and wraps around the label itself with a removable adhesive. This allows the consumer to pull up on the corner as directed by your copy and pull back until the label hits the hinge or when the adhesive changes from removable permanent. This function allows customers to remove and reapply the seal for repeated access to the information.

We have industrial labels on clear, white or chrome polyester and different color vinyl films. We also have a special kimdura stock for durable under water applications. Our extended life labels stand up to high temperatures and stay stuck with our high tack adhesives.
You may need a solvent resistant adhesive to resist chemicals and oils. While a top coating like a laminate or varnish can protect your label, adhesive will still be vulnerable at the edges of your label.
