VERY IMPORTANT: The Easy Labeler is only good for straight wall containers.
Works on all tincture glass bottles and straight walled plastic jars.
Easy Labeler does not work if plastic container is tapered or has any contour to the body of the plastic.

Steps needed to silk screen printing your 15 and 30mL glass bottles.

The outside of each glass bottle must be cleaned so the ink sticks permanently when cured in high temperature ovens for 25 minutes. Order take 2-3 weeks to ship after final artwork. You can ship the bottles to Blue Line Labels or we can provide you a quote.

Labels are a great option when when you require multiple colors or want to add foil accents for an added wow factor. Labels for CBD Tincture Bottles are cost effective especially when you need multiple versions and quantities of  2000 or more.

Here are some prices for labels so you can have a cost basis for budgeting. A good label size for a 30mL glass bottle is 4″ wide x 1.75″ tall. Most of our CBD customers have several strengths and need multiple label versions.

Here is a typical quote:

1000 Total Labels – 250 each of 4 versions – 250mg, 500mg, 750mg and 1500mg. Label Material will be (Polyester) a non tearable stock to withstand any damage from Hemp Oil touching the label. Each label will have a protective gloss or soft touch finish. We fuse the laminate onto the polyester material for protection of the outer surface of your label.

The price for 1000 CBD Labels for your tincture bottles that have 4 version will be approximately $495. 1000 labels or 4 different orders of 250 labels each but all labels the same size.  You will have one more additional step and that is applying the labels. If you are purchasing the bottles from Blue Line Labels we can help but if you already have the bottles then you can apply by hand or have your lab do this for an additional cost

Rewind Direction is how the label rolls off the roll. Not very important if you are hand applying and very important if using a machine for application. You will need to know the correct rewind direction (number 1-8) so they can be applied properly. There are 8 different label directions that could be possible but labels direction 3 and 4 os the most common.

Not all bottles and jars are the same. When purchasing your
vessels for printing it is best practice to send a sample to your printer, lab and yourself to see the quality and ask if they are packed in dividers.

When ordering your, plastic bottles, caps and tubes as well as glass bottles and jars, pay attention on how they come packed. Blue Line Labels we will have to place them into new boxes with divider for an additional cost.
