The 360 degree branding of your product as well as built in perforated for tamper evident cap sealing, make this unique label that has no adhesive a great alternative for your products.

Digital shrink labels are printed in full color on shrinkable PETG plastic producing high impact graphics. Blue Line Labels can help give your product high impact visibility when sitting on the shelf. If you have a heat or steam tunnel we can provide the printed film individually or on rolls.

Flexible Shrink Sleeve Labels are printed on the inside and laminated together with a gloss layer that is shrinkable in size through the application of heat. Shrink Sleeve labels are one of the fastest growing segments in drink and commercial packaging. These full-body labels provide colorful wrap-around coverage that conforms to unique shapes. Once the film shrinks, it conforms tightly to the shape of the container creating a sleek look and presentation.

Additional benefits of high gloss PETG film is that it allows for the most achievable shrink rate, prints amazing with excellent clarity and is moisture and scuff resistant. Horizontal and vertical perforations in the film adds the perfect security of product tampering when covering the cap that acts as a tamper evident seal.

What We Need to Quote Your Custom-Printed Shrink Sleeves

The below questions must be answered before we can give you a quote for custom-printed shrink sleeves.

How do I know what size shrink sleeve I need?

The size depends on your container. We need two measurements:
  1. Layflat (in milimeters): Distance from fold to fold.
  2. Cut Length (in milimeters): Distance from top to bottom.

If possible, send us a smaple container and lid and we’ll measure it for you. If a sample isn’t available, we can estimate based on photos and dimensions, but it’s less accurate, and not recommended!

What if I can't send a sample container for measuring?

We can estimate the size using:

  • The circumerence of the widest and narrowest parts.
  • The height of the sleeve area.

Please also send clear pictures of the container. This method works, but a physical sample is best for accuracy.

What types of shrink sleeve applications are available?

You can choose from:

  • Full body shrink sleeves
  • Tamper evident neck bands
  • Multi-pack sleeves (to shrink 2 or more containers together)
  • Shrink bags (for flip tops, trigger sprayers, pump tops, etc.)

Do I need custom printed shrink sleeves or blank ones?

Most clients choose custom printed sleeves with their branding and artwork. We also offer unprinted shrink sleeves if you don’t need design or logos on them.

What do you need to print my custom shrink sleeves?

If you’re ordering printed sleeves, we’ll need:

  • The number of colors
  • How many SKUs
  • Any special finishes (Foil, Matte, Metallic inks, Clear Areas)
  • Your artwork files
  • Quantity needed per SKU
  • How often you plan to reorder

How are shrink sleeves applied to containers?

You can apply sleeves in two ways:

  • By hand using pre-cut sleeves
  • By machine using sleeves delivered on rolls

Do I need perforation for my shrink sleeves?

Perforation makes the sleeves tamper-evident or easier to remove. You can choose:

  • Vertical perforation – full sleeve removal
  • Horizontal or T-perforation – cap removal only, sleeve remains on container

What material should I use for shrink sleeves?

Choose your sleeve substrate based on container shape and shrink method:

  • PVC: Shrinks up to 62%
  • PETG: Shrinks up to 76% and has a high-gloss, durable finish

Not sure? We’ll help you pick based on your needs.

What’s the best way to shrink the sleeves onto the container?

You can apply heat using:

  • Hot air shrink tunnel
  • Steam shrink tunnel
  • Heat gun (for small batches or hand application)
